Billions of years ago, before its degradation, Mars likely had a fairly habitable surface with liquid water and clement weather. There's plenty of evidence supporting this. Today, however, Mars is a freeze-dried desert world. If humans continue down the wrong path, like unsustainable practices or environmental neglect, Earth could also become unsuitable for life and end up like another Mars. Though we don't know for sure if life ever existed on Mars, we do know it was once suitable for life and now it is not. I created this image as a reminder that we must save our planet Earth and prevent it from sharing the same fate as Mars.
